Scent Detection
Scent Detection training is a fabulous sport, which any dog will enjoy. Using the skills your dog already possesses, Scent Detection hones their natural abilities, to find odours, which during the classes, they will be taught to indicate to.
No prior training is required, but as this is a class, your dog must be comfortable around people and other dogs. If you don't think your dog would cope being in that type of environment, you can book private sessions instead.
Items to bring to class:
Lead
Longline - 15 - 30ft
Collar with an ID tag
Harness - not a anti-pull
Water bowl and water
Yummy, soft, non-crumbly treats
Non-squeaky toy
Mat to settle on
Please note, there isn't a toilet in the venue, but there is one close by
Parking is either at the front of the unit or on the Spithead Business park. Don't park outside other units at any time or you will be asked to move your vehicle

Scent Detection training classes
- Novice - Saturday 5th April - 10am - 4 weeks - 1 hour sessions - £60
This session is suitable for dogs who can already find 1 odour,
but are still very new to Scent Detection
- Beginners - Saturday 12th April - 11.15am - 4 weeks - 1 hour sessions - £60
This session is suitable for dogs who have little or no knowledge
